Position:                               Superintendent – Deming Public Schools

Beginning Date:                      July 1, 2017

Salary:                                 Commensurate with administrative salary schedule.

Qualifications:                        Valid/current New Mexico Administrative Licensure.  Experience in teaching and at least five (5) years of school administration                                                      experience required.

Requirements:                        •   Carry out duties as chief executive officer of the District;         

                                          •   Administer and supervise the Deming School District;

                                          •   Prepare the District’s budget in a timely manner;

                                          •   Execute the Board’s policies; and recommend policies for the Board to consider;
